With a decade of experience in social services, including work in residential emergency shelters, trauma crisis lines and mental health treatment services, I provide individual and family counseling to clients of all ages, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
My clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety/panic attacks, bipolar disorder, PTSD, childhood trauma, dementia, as well as issues related to relationships and family dynamics.
