I have experience in working with multiple mental health concerns, including, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as substance abuse and eating disorders. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) and have worked with clients in differing levels of care (i.e., PHP, IOP, and OP).
I aim to provide a safe place where clients feel they are heard and can openly share their issues. I believe the client is the expert and I am there to help foster growth and change.
