My practice is centered around helping women and children cope with difficult emotions and express themselves with confidence. When children experience big emotions, they usually do not know how to talk about them. Kids teach us so much about their inner world if we just watch them play. I am passionate about helping kids have a better understanding of their emotions, learn to regulate them, and support caregivers with strengthen their relationship with their child. I also aim to empower women to set boundaries, process emotions, and heal from traumatic events. I follow your pace and give you space to heal in your own time.

I am certified to utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am working towards becoming a registered play therapist. I have experience working with children and adults to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My goal is to help my clients feel confident and know that they are not alone when life gets scary.
