I work with folks who struggle with anxiety, body-image/disordered eating, and self-esteem. Having struggled with all of it myself in the past, I get it- and I've got you. I will teach you about Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating, Self-Compassion, and Anxiety management. Through self-discovery, skill building, and teamwork, we'll get you feeling better.
Therapy can feel uncertain and scary. Here you are, expected to open up to a perfect stranger about things you might usually keep to yourself. I want to offer a space where it's safe to let someone into all of the parts of you that you normally keep hidden.
