I love helping young women and couples find wholeness in relationship with themselves, others, and God. Whether you are someone(s) overcoming trauma or family of origin issues, discerning your own belief system, striving to create a life of alignment, strengthening the intertwining of two unique lives before or after marriage, navigating sexual intimacy struggles, or simply going through a big life adjustment and need a safe space to process, I so look forward to meeting you and joining in on the adventure.

Almost all of my work includes stepping into exploring our family of origin and developmental experiences to better understand how we came to be, believe what we do, and experience the world and others today. This is integrated into any modality I offer, whether relationship and sex therapy, EMDR, or cognitive/behavioral work.

I've spent years doing my own therapy work and will continue that journey as long as I am walking with you. My hope is that when you enter my office, I get the privilege of helping you uncover who you truly are and what deeply moves you, enabling you to live a life of purpose, intention, and rest in the truth of who you were imaginatively designed to be.
