My name is Abby Donoghue and I am a pre-licensed social worker who earned my masters degree from Boston College. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults providing individual and group therapy. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and personality disorders. I see clients in our Framingham office or via telehealth, and see individuals, couples, and those interested in group therapy.
I am committed to providing trauma informed, culturally sensitive care. My approach combines a variety of evidence based techniques, including DBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
