Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, work stress, grief and loss, personal or professional identity, relationship problems, life stage transitions, general stuckness/burnout, I am here to support you. We will collaborate together to decide what it is you would want more or less of in your life. We will set a plan to get you closer to your goals with each session, while having some laughs & fun along the way, too.
I work individually with adolescents, adults and couples. My work is informed by an anti-oppression, Health At Every Size™, LGBTQIA+ -affirming, sex positive lens. Characterized by humor, sass, curiosity, and vivacity, my therapeutic style suits those who are looking to be supported as they deepen their understanding of themselves.
