I have special training in somatic/body-oriented therapy, pregnancy and infant loss, harm reduction and abstinence-based addiction work, abuse and trauma recovery, managing anxiety, and healing through grief and loss. I believe in the benefit of mindfulness, movement, and creative practices in therapy and life.
