White Male Resilience -- Unlearning the "isms"
This three month group therapy course is for white men who want to make a social difference in their families, communities, and the world. This group will teach you skills necessary to stay present and connected in difficult and uncomfortable conversation about racism and misogyny and learn how to speak out when you see it play out in your communities. The group is designed to build INSIGHT and SKILLS as well as SUPPORT through interactions and feedback with other group as we learn (and unlearn) the profound affects white supremacy and misogyny has on our lives.

Singles Group Therapy-- date better
Dating is really difficult. It is often a roller coaster of feelings from boredom to frustration, hurt and rejection, to deep insecurity and desperate loneliness. The pain of unsuccessful dating can feel utterly discouraging and hopeless. This group is designed to help single people in their 30s and 40s who have therapy experience and want to better understand themselves in order to date with confidence and clarity. The more you know about yourself, your priorities and your needs as well as what gets in your way, the better you will be at cultivating intimacy and partnership in your life.
