Over the course of more than fifteen years in the mental health field, I have received specialized training in Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP). I have expertise in both time-limited and longer term work.
