While I specialize in intimate relationship therapy, I love working with humans from all walks of life. My treatment focuses on helping clients build mindful awareness, emotional attunement, and practice agency in their lives. I take a holistic view of mental health and emotional wellness. I greet all clients with unconditional positive acceptance.
Healing happens within relationships, relationships we have to ourselves, our beloved others, our careers, family, and even the relationship we have with the words that describe our suffering. To err is human and human suffering is ubiquitous to this experience. I believe that when we reconnect to love, we disconnect from learned hopelessness and despair.
