Aaron is completed his PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, from the University of Northern Colorado. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling. In addition to counseling, Aaron is a teacher, coach, public speaker, and researcher. He enjoys attending conferences and taking part in experiential learning activities that focus on various aspects of social justice.
Prior to joining the HCEAP team he spent six years counseling at-risk adults and juveniles around the state of Colorado. In addition to his work with at-risk populations, Aaron has extensive experience in working with individuals, groups, couples, adolescents, and adults who seek counseling for various presenting concerns.
