I'm a licensed professional counselor operating at Centerpoint Counseling of Laramie. I provide a safe environment for you to process challenges preventing you from fully flourishing in life. In me, you will find a supportive, accepting, therapeutic partner. Together, we'll develop greater clarity and hope in the areas you deem important. My work focuses on anxiety, motivation, depression, attachment & relationships, masculinity, LGBTQ issues, and general decision making. I accept clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
I blend principles from Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness-based, and Existential, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. I am a level one EMDR trained provider. I also offer collaborative therapy via EMDR as an adjunct to work with your primary therapist.
