Saturday 11am Interpersonal Process Group

Group is a life-changing modality that can help you learn to trust emotional expressions and experiences. My group is an ‘emotional laboratory’ to practice expressing all of your thoughts and feelings in the here and now and also learn to tolerate, and eventually find joy in, hearing other people’s thoughts and feelings towards you. Group will help you improve your relationship with yourself and others, find vitality in experiencing and expressing all your emotions in the moment, and receive helpful nurturing and support from others whom you have allowed to know you.
