From the beginning I want you to know that I’m not some guy in an ivory tower who'll tell you all the smart things I know about how to live a better life. I've been in practice for over 10 years, and I know people are doing the best they can. You've been doing your best to cope. It may just be time for finding new ways.
At it’s core, being a counselor means it’s my job to help you find those new ways. I specialize in helping people who experience anxiety or are overwhelmed by stress. I approach these challenges with skills and techniques that are simple to learn and that can have a lasting impact on your life.
