I love to work with people who want to work on themselves and are familiar with mindfulness. It is a great way to connect with ourselves and jump-start growth and healing. I often draw upon this strength to help you achieve your goals in therapy.
I practice somatic or body-based therapy which means that we will use mindfulness to bring awareness towards emotions and sensations in the body to process feelings and release traumas big and small. We will go at your own pace and work with what arises in the moment.
