I work with a wide variety of clients, but if you are someone who has the diagnosis of bipolar disorder or has recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and is trying to navigate your symptoms and lifestyle, we can work very well together. If you want to gain control of your symptoms and you are willing to take steps to get better, I have some tools and supports that we can work on together. If you are a family member or friend of someone with a bipolar disorder diagnosis, we can also work together to help you support them, as well as yourself.
I have years of experience working with clients with bipolar disorder and family members of those with bipolar, including individual and group counseling. I specialize in de-stigmatizing the diagnosis and helping clients develop tools and skillsets to maintain balance in their lives.
