My ideal client is one that feels a mind and body disconnect and is motivated to learn and implement a gentle breathwork and grounding practice as part of their therapy. This along with rational emotive therapy and mindfulness are the primary modalities I utilize.
My specialty lies in helping individuals get grounded and operate from a more regulated space.
