I'm a licensed psychologist and I help people who may be struggling with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related challenges. As an experienced psychologist and tenured college professor, I have a diverse background working in psychiatric, medical, outpatient, and school settings. I use a combination of 2nd and 3rd wave cognitive-behavioral therapies, motivational interviewing, relational and trauma-informed approaches to help my clients live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

I completed specialized training in conducting evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorders and related neuro-developmental concerns (e.g., ADHD) during my post-doctoral fellowship training at the University of Virginia. I also direct an autism assessment, research and training clinic in New Jersey. I complete evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorders with young children through adults.
