Life can be difficult and sometimes we just need someone to listen and guide us or offer fresh ideas that could help us reach a level of satisfaction and improve our quality of life. Ideally, someone with motivation, an open mind and eager to invest in their wellbeing and work on themselves to improve their life and experience joy. My approach is client centered and solution focused. I provide tools and skills that can be helpful in improving my client's lives and that can be easily utilized in between sessions to continue to provide support during the healing process. Meeting the client where they are and moving at their pace is important when I practice.
I provide a safe virtual space to provide comfort and encourage my clients to feel safe and heard. I am receptive to feedback and always allow the client to lead me in the direction they want to take their treatment as I believe this is where healing begins.
