Meeting your needs are essential to me. I have a variety of tool kits: cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and personality disorders training. I enjoy helping parents find solutions to difficult situations. I enjoy helping those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Mood Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, and Depression. I can provide psycho-diagnostic assessments for children and adults. I use strategies such as applied behavior management, using self monitoring skills, and coping skills.
Based on specific situations of the client, I will use an appropriate therapy. I can use multiple assessments that may include identifying emotional concerns, ADHD identifiers, or autism. I will determine a plan of action together with the client, then set goals, and work together to achieve those goals.
I completed my requirements for Professional Counseling and my requirements at Tarleton State University I obtained my Licensed Professional Certification (LPC) in 2011.
