I help clients restore inner peace by validating their experience and helping them process traumatic events. I draw from different therapies to encourage clients to grow beyond their circumstances and find hope and joy. I offer talk therapy as well as EMDR and IASIS Neurofeedback to help clients unburden themselves from the painful experiences of the past.

I am dedicated to understanding what trauma does to the body and mind and how it shows up in both so that I can help my clients move through the parts of their past that hold them back.
