Throughout my experience as a therapist, I’ve helped clients work through a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, and more. I enjoy helping clients to explore their past and prepare for their future. I'm adept at teaching practical coping skills to drastically reduce anxiety.
I excel in posing insightful questions and helping individuals to approach their situations from fresh perspectives, assisting with problem-solving and fostering the development of communication skills and boundary setting. My favorite part of the counseling process is watching my clients grow in confidence and as they develop lasting skills.
I use an eclectic approach to counseling, integrating concepts from Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered Therapies. This approach allows me to tailor the treatment to my client's needs. Therapy sessions with me have a comfortable conversational flow and I welcome my clients into each session with empathy, warmth, and reassurance.
