Men's Telehealth Support Group
This men’s therapy group meets weekly for one hour, with age ranges from their early 20s to early 60s with the average age at about 45. Why join a men’s group? Some may struggle with life stress, anger, anxiety, and depression and concerns about relationships. Many deal with self-doubt and shame, not feeling good enough about themselves as men. This is a process oriented psychotherapy group. That means that we focus on the here and now. We will talk about feelings that come up in the group, their emotional responses to each other, and the kind of relationships that develop between them.

Women's Telehealth Support Group
This group has a psycho-educational component. Using a traditional method of group sharing by moving through the circle in a clockwise direction, women are invited to introduce themselves, speak to their lives and circumstances, and express any concerns or issues they may be facing. The group provides information, education, and resources to the group around each chosen topic, providing an opportunity for women to debrief about their week, receive support with interpersonal issues, learn about healthy relationships, taking care of self, and recognizing boundaries.
