I will be an attentive listener while you describe the problems in your life, and I will also offer you a unique set of skills tailored to your problem and your emotions. Sometimes just talking isn’t enough—you need help to know what to do differently. My nursing background helps me to see you as a whole person and to understand the relationship between your physical and emotional health.
I became an advanced practice mental health nurse (a nurse-therapist) in 1989. I have broad experience--with serious mental illnesses and with people of all ages who have all types of problems.
Our clinic is small and comfortable. You will be treated like our guest. Your therapy experience will be unique and you will be pleased with your results.
