I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) and I have over 25 years experience in the field of mental health. I work with clients dealing with a host of life issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma recovery, marital and family, life goals achievement, and more.
My integrated and holistic approach to therapy is focused on each client's unique issues, and goals. I am trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), but I apply methods of CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and other eclectic tools. It is my mission to walk with people on the path to meaningful change and to help them find strength through the struggle.
