Healing can feel confusing, frightening, or impossible. It can be hard to know where to start. Sometimes we can feel stuck between two uncomfortable options. Sometimes everything feels difficult, confusing, or exhausting. We might know something has to change, but not know how to start.
My specialty is in Transgender Health, though I work with a very wide variety of clients and concerns. Having previously worked in medical settings, I have experience with trauma, chronic pain, and health behaviors. I use a collaborative approaches such as Solution Focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
My therapy caseload is full. I will update this listing when I have therapy openings. However, I do have openings for brief gender confirmation evaluations and professional consultation. Other evaluations open on a case-by-case basis due to the pandemic.
