Mindfulness practices are integrated into sessions to help you become aware of what you are truly feeling and help shift you from a negative state- emotions, thoughts, or physical pain.
We will work together to figure out your strengths and tackle those tough feelings and habits that might be holding you back from feeling your best and being your best self. Together, we’ll create practical strategies that are just right for you. My goal is to make sure you feel safe, supported, equipped and empowered to navigate life's challenges.
