Hi. I'm Ms. Hughley, founder of A Fresh Start Wellness and Counseling Services. I have a passion for helping others navigate through life's toughest times in order to find happiness. I help individuals identify a healthy balance between work and personal life. I help process trauma and grief from the loss of a loved one. I teach effective communication skills in relationships and families. I address a host of Mental Health areas that include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, and anger through effective therapy strategies.
Self Awareness is an important key to beginning your life changing journey. I show compassion and provide tools needed for change. I have over 10 years of experience.
