In a non judge-mental and safe atmosphere, I have been proudly serving my community for over seventeen years. Confidentiality and trust is key within my private practice. I work with individuals, couples and families to achieve greater satisfaction within their lives. Understanding, acquiring and maintaining change is a major focus. Anxiety, stress, and depression are only a few issues that disturb our mental well being. While trying to be in a productive relationship, one may lose harmony. This can affect all involved, including the family unit. Appropriate communication and coping skills is another important part of my work.
Anger, addictions, and compulsions can promote a negative pattern of thinking. I work to help guide one towards an understanding of these issues or disorders. Setting short or long term goals is another effective approach. This helps to promote and obtain needed change. Mood Disorders and Impulse Control Disorders are some other modalities of my work.
Working as a Life Coach, empowering my clients and building strengths is an important part of my practice. It is suggested to feel content within ourselves first to be the best we can be for others. Patience, understanding and empathy are key factors within my work environment. This provides greater encouragement to acquire and maintain needed changes.
