Brennan Champagne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington who has been practicing since 2020. He received his Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University in 2014 and his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University in 2020. Brennan believes effective counseling and positive overall outcomes hinge on meeting the client where they are at and building a safe and secure relationship. He approaches each session recognizing the infinite value of every person and the unwavering dignity we each deserve.

We all get stuck at times and it can be quite difficult to navigate overwhelming circumstances and stressors alone. I work with all demographics but place greater focus on on men's issues. My approach is to build a comfortable and relational environment where each person can be real, regardless of their unique struggle.

When you become aware of yourself feeling anxious, depressed, or alone - you may wonder to yourself, how can I change or is change even possible for me? I believe that change happens within the context of being in connection with others; a felt sense of safety being the key component to be your most authentic self. She also holds certification as a Child Mental Health Specialist. Karen has helped a diversity of adults, children (ages 6+), & adolescents who have a variety of mental health needs.
