I am so excited to provide support and encouragement with you in whatever stage of your life journey you are on. ​As a therapist I work with individuals, couples and families. My specialties consists of clients with child welfare, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, trauma whether past or current, life stress, work stress and relationship issues. The population I serve varies from ages 6 up to the geriatric population. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, “talk therapy”, motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, strength-based therapy and group therapy.

I believe our minds and bodies are often trying to communicate unheard needs, which can be overlooked within busy day to day responsibilities and schedules. I view therapy as an opportunity we provide ourselves to slow down and create that space, tap into our intuition, and learn how to care for ourselves in new ways. I consider a contextual view of each person’s unique identities and challenges to be essential to a therapeutic space. My practice is always multiculturally conscientious and I have experience working with individuals from many different intersecting backgrounds.

I am passionate about helping children and families navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, life-changes, depression, ADHD, Autism, and emotion regulation. I also enjoy providing parenting support for a variety of behavioral/emotional challenges with children of all ages. I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help children and families build healthy relationships and develop the tools they need for success.

For many that have made the decision to go to therapy, life has gone in such a way that it has become unbearable. Things have not gone right for some time, and it is unclear in what direction to go next. My position is that therapy should be the space in which you are given the opportunity to explore your life in the way that you see fit. Drawing from interpersonal dynamics, existential thought, and humanistic tradition, my approach is one that focuses on you in the context of your world. Thom's passion is to help couples achieve healthy intimate relationships. He specializes in helping couples and individuals heal from the impacts of addiction, infidelity and sexual betrayal using a combination of his training as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate (CSAT-C) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals and his training as an Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples developed by Sue Johnson. He also uses his specialized training in Emotional Intelligence to help couples connect. Thom’s mission is to provide a safe environment for you to grow, heal and know yourself.

Brittani Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience as an educator, published author, mental health therapist and professional coach. Dedicated to working with adults using a person-centered approach, Brittani provides tailored treatment that helps to support specific needs and goals utilizing evidence-based models and culturally sensitive interventions. Within treatment she has had success supporting clients with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, career difficulties, and stress related disorders.

I believe each problem is multi-faceted and can affect many different areas of a person’s life. I believe that each person has the insight and understanding of their lives and through collaboration and therapeutic alliance, clients can access their internal resources and experience change. My clients include those from the youngest ages to the elderly. As a certified health coach from the National Society of Health Coaching I am skilled at helping those with chronic illness and the resulting lifestyle changes.

My goal is to provide support and guide those who are ready to take the journey of a life well lived. Heidi Kinsella has been a member of the recovery community for over 35 years, 12 as a therapist. She has extensive expertise in the treatment of sexual addiction and was mentored by and worked alongside Dr. Patrick Carnes, the pioneer in sexual addiction research and treatment. Heidi recognizes the importance of having a therapist who understands the complexities of addiction. She works with individuals who have suffered from the effects of substance abuse, sex addiction, and those who have been affected by a loved one's addiction. She offers five day intensive retreats and Equine Assisted Therapy at Fourth Dimension Healing Ranch.
