Along this journey, I found my calling - to recognize the innate goodness in all people and help them discover their inner power to transform their lives. I dedicated myself to helping people know they are more than the problems they want to overcome.

As a relationship specialist, I work with individuals and couples to help them experience deep intimacy and healing in their lives. My clients are often trapped in patterns and places they no longer want to be. They feel stuck in their relationships, in difficult emotions, or in constant distress and overwhelm. It can be hard to see a way forward without help. Our work together will bring awareness and understanding to your situation and ultimately transform your pain and distress into healing and growth. I will help you process difficult experiences and emotions in order to emerge as a more free and whole version of yourself.

I am accepting new clients. My clients are adults, children, and families. Adult clients are usually motivated to enter therapy by intrapersonal or interpersonal issues. Children often present internalized or externalized behavior problems and are brought into therapy by a concerned caregiver. Children may be depressed, withdrawn, angry, defiant, or underachieving. Therapy with children is very different from therapy with adults and requires an approach that is developmentally appropriate. I provide a confidential, safe place to explore psycho dynamic issues and collaborate on approaches that feel right for you.

Dr. Taylor has significant experience working with individuals with addiction, trauma, infidelity, and chronic pain or illness impacting sexuality. She understands how one’s life can change in the blink of an eye, and how goals and values can shift when life does. It is during these times that individuals, couples, and/or families, can experience varying degrees of difficultly with the transition. How an individual responds is neither right nor wrong, because everyone has their own process and journey in life.
