Taking New Clients: Everyone has the essential ingredients for positive change. Individuals and couples who seek my support are in a difficult moment or intersection in life; seeking resolution between internal and external pressures; seeking satisfaction and harmony in relationships, identity, career, society, etc. I support clients who seek to deepen and broaden their perspective on who they are and who they want to become by examining self-limiting narratives, refining self-mastery, and cultivating self-compassion. BIPOC and multicultural clients often seek my support as well as those who want more from therapy than just insight.

Accepting new clients for telehealth! I offer relational, affirming, & approachable therapy for teens and young adults (14-21) that helps navigate the often turbulent times of adolescence & emerging adulthood. I work with young people so that they can feel less alone and more connected to a greater understanding of themselves, their joy, and how to move through hardship. As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, open, and non-judgmental space where you can feel more understood, connected, and supported. I believe that healing happens within trusting relationships and that we shouldn’t have to go through difficulty alone.

Becca strives to support clients in identifying and living into their values, understanding and regulating their nervous system, building self-compassion, deepening their mind-body connections, and cultivating relationships with themselves and others in their lives. Becca identifies as a sex positive, pleasure centered, queer and gender affirming therapist. As one of her client’s you can expect a safe and warm space where all parts of your life can show up and be explored in therapy with respect and curiosity.

I focus on helping people who are feeling stuck, not good enough, or anxious shift their lives to make positive changes. I believe people inherently have the potential for growth and healing. Our time together will explore the root of the challenges, identify problem patterns, and help you come out the other side into a new chapter of your life.

No matter how much we try to be happy, sometimes life hits us with curveballs and we get knocked down. While it's a natural reaction to want to distract ourselves from this pain, often that only makes it worse. I'm here to offer a different path. Together we can process difficult emotions, befriend uncertainty, and find meaning amid life's greatest challenges. My approach is eclectic with an emphasis on psychodynamic techniques. I've also been a Buddhist practitioner for nearly a decade, and occasionally integrate meditation and Eastern philosophy into my work as appropriate.

I am passionate about eating disorder recovery. I came into this work after recovering from my own eating disorder almost 20 years ago. Once I found myself on the other side I realized I wanted to help others find their own path to freedom. I know first hand how difficult this process can be.

I'm so glad you're here. I work with clients that are seeking support with navigating motherhood (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, birth/early postpartum trauma). I believe that mothers need unique support and permission to prioritize our own needs for the benefit of our families and communities at large. I am here to help dismantle the myth that motherhood equals martyrdom. This benefits no one, yet mothers are feeling stretched thinner and are more under supported than ever. If you are looking for tangible tools and support for reframing unhelpful narratives, you're in the right place!

As a therapist, I believe in equality between myself and my clients. This means I believe you are the expert in your lived experience and can teach me as much as I teach you. I have expertise that may help you learn and change in your own healing path. Equality also means that I am open to sharing about my life if it is helpful to building your attachment, empathy, understanding, and healing.

You appreciate education and are not looking for a faith-based place to heal. You also need a place where you are comfortable swearing and discussing life events. You struggle speaking your mind at times and may be your worst critic. Chronic stress, constant worry, or past trauma may also be contributing. Your relationships, emotional management, physical health, or sense of progress is being affected. You may recognize you are no longer being your best self and are searching for a better mindset. I believe life is a sacred process in which we are meant to learn and grow. The more conscious we are during this evolutionary journey, the more we can reduce our suffering and the suffering of others. I have been supporting clients since 2014. I work with individual adults struggling with life transitions, relationships and intimacy, traumatic events, and spiritual inquiry and exploration. Through a collaborative process, we will shine a compassionate light on difficult topics that have held you back from healing past experiences and create healthier, empowering patterns.

Our group practice was founded with shared passion for helping folks who have experienced trauma and/or difficult childhood experiences to heal, reconnect to a sense of safety within themselves, and find the freedom to pursue a meaningful life without being stuck in the past. We are also interested and passionate about helping folks navigate trauma, OCD, anxiety disorders, and attachment difficulties that often show up in our closest relationships.
