My professional goals are to help individuals, couples, or a family, find resolve, contentment, and meaningfulness. Through evidenced based practices, I intend to provide a non-judgmental, neutral, and safe, clinical psychotherapy environment/relationship. We may have to develop a new direction and purpose or simply clarify what is. I am a therapist with sensitivity, compassion, and an awareness of cultural diversity issues.

I have been helping clients over the past 10 years with various issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transitions, anger, grief, self esteem, parenting, relationship issues, and family conflict.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 25+ years experience as a teacher, school director, high school counselor, adjunct professor, and therapist. I work with families, couples and individuals. I beleive we all have the potential to become the best versions of ourselves.

My practice is designed to help people, whether they be children, adolescents or adults, better address the challenges facing them. Dr. Tiara Liquido, PsyD is a licensed psychologist, born and raised in Hawai’i. Inspired by the love of the islands she grew up on and her mixed ancestry of healers, she has a deep commitment to helping those around her. She believes we all have an innate ability to restore ourselves and connect with our inner healer. Though the process of therapy can seem daunting and impossible, Tiara will be there alongside you with tenderness and care.
