I am passionate about mental health, but also approach treatment from a whole body perspective, where we can not only treat mental health, but spiritual and emotional health as well. I encourage my clients to reach beyond their comfort zone and restructure their approach to their life that fosters balance and happiness in their personal and professional lives.
