Hi, I'm Natalia and I specialize in working with adults dealing with anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. I have a speciality in working with those who struggle with substance use, those who are sober curious, and partners of those struggling with substance abuse. I come from the perspective that through life's challenges (challenging relationships, grief, trauma, etc.), we start to second guess ourselves. In my work with client's, we begin by building a strong relationship and developing a space for you to explore those intrusive thoughts, anxious worries, and internal dialogue.

I work with couples, groups, and individuals. Do you isolate, feel misunderstood, or have difficult connecting to others? Have you been told you are "too sensitive" or "too intense"? Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try - you can't catch a break? Do you want to hide parts of yourself? Do you want to build more connection in your relationships? Do you find you and your partner continuing to argue about the same things? You are not alone. Often times our old wounds and experiences get in the way of living.

The truth about mental health is that being mentally healthy is not simply being happy all the time and perfect relationships are not born they are built. It is a fact that life is full of twists and turns with amazing highs and heartbreaking lows, not just for the individual but for couples and families as well. True mental health is the ability to navigate through these points while embracing the full range of your emotions and honoring them and every part of yourself! This is the stuff that mentally healthy and strong people and relationships are made of and this is where my passion lies!

Often manifesting as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, low self-confidence and addiction, I work with women to identify presenting traumas and release it from the root!" Growth requires that we become aware of the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have kept us 'stuck.' As your therapist, I will actively listen to your concerns in order to facilitate the crucial components of personal growth: self-reflection and insight.

I am, first and foremost, a highly trained Therapist who works with men who are struggling with pornography and sex addiction. I love to work with couples, individuals and families helping to put anchor's back into their lives. For 3 decades I have sat front row and center in thousands of peoples lives. I have found that this is a most privileged position. My goal is to give my clients proven tools to learn to have healthy intimate relationships with those individuals who are most important to them.

You have to feel better to get better. That may seem obvious, but it really isn't. When I begin to work with a new patient, I have two immediate goals: To get to know this person so we can determine if we're a good match; and if we are, to use my years of experience and skills to target current areas of damage and hurt. People come to therapy in pain — something or many things in their lives aren't working. Our job is to take a breath, appreciate your unique situation, understand when and how current problem(s) became unmanageable or toxic, and then find ways to feel better, more hopeful and clear about how to proceed back to life.

I am a queer, nonbinary, adoptee born in China who was raised by white parents. My experience as an adoptee left me feeling alone, lost, and like I did not belong anywhere. I know this is a common experience amongst adoptees and especially transracial adoptees. I want to create a space where you can feel heard, validated, and seen. American culture enforces the idea that you owe something to your family or parents and that there is no room for boundaries, but I believe that all relationships are optional and that you deserve to have your space too.

If you are here, something is probably not-quite-right. Maybe you have realized that you are ready to do a big chunk of healing work that has been in the back of your mind and nervous system for a while. Maybe you are noticing that you are, in some ways, not being totally honest with yourself, or with your partner(s), or with your family. Maybe you have found that there are parts of you that you've never taken the time to get to know that are asking — loudly or quietly— for attention. Or maybe you just know that you need to carve out a time for yourself every week where you don't have to take care of anyone but yourself.
