The common thread I see is the need to be seen through eyes of compassion and to make sense of the struggles and experiences you’ve had. What is different about my work is that I have spent over a decade studying the energetic patterns behind the manifestation of psychological issues. Working with Chakra Psychology and astrological archetypes I assist you in understanding yourself and your patterns at a deeper level. I teach this method entitled Sacred Psychology.

I assist adult clients to identify and find healing solutions that prevent them from embracing full rewarding lives. I support and encourage the healing potential of a clients' spirituality and faith. I am certified in EMDR and utilize EMDR to alleviate symptoms of PTSD, trauma and a wide range of psychological diagnoses including anxiety ,depression, and relationship stress. Although I have worked with diverse populations, I gravitate toward the family systems approach and feel that a family’s distress is not attributable to just one person, but rather a combination of interactions of individual members within that “system.” I have been using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples and individuals. Recently, I have decided to open my own practice. My focus will continue to be EFT as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help address the many clients who come to the therapy session with backgrounds in trauma.

I also work with clients who have experienced betrayal trauma caused by infidelity and late life divorce.
