As a mental health clinician, I am here to support individuals through a safe and secure therapeutic alliance. I value human connection and identifying diverse methods used for connection considering the unique qualities of each person. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have a variety of emotional, behavioral, and or cognitive needs. I focus on topics such as depression, anxiety, phase of life transitions and challenges, LGBTQ+, careers, ADHD, trauma, grief/loss, and relationship distress.

Now accepting new clients! I work with preteens, teens, and adults of all ages. I especially enjoy working with children from age 11 to adults up to age 30. The rapid change that occurs between the ages of 11 and 30 can present unique challenges. When those challenges emerge, therapy can be utilized to foster healthy coping skills and develop an emotional vocabulary that can provide a lifetime of benefits. I embrace meeting the client where they are in their life. Many of the techniques I utilize in therapy can immediately translate to beneficial skills used outside of sessions and throughout life to sustain wellness.

Often when we imagine the process of pregnancy and having a baby, we picture moments of happiness and joy. But pregnancy, birth, and parenting are like the rest of life. There is often joy, but there can be tough times too. Sometimes pregnancy and postparttum depression, anxiety and self-doubt become overwhelming. The unexpected happens, things don't go as planned, relationships change, or grief and loss occurs. If you are having concerns about becoming pregnant, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, pregnancy loss, or being a new parent, you are not alone. Please know it's not your fault, you can get help, and you can feel better.

Accepting new clients - The current situations in the world can make us feel lonely, heartbroken, or like giving up. This can be a very hopeless and dark place for many of us. Feelings of sadness can create emotions that we can't see an end to, or way out of. You might not have anyone that you think will understand or "get it", so giving up or living in isolation is the easiest solution, however, there are positive ways to cope and find the light at the end of the tunnel. We all need a way to overcome the storms in our lives, and feel peaceful in order to live the best life we can.
