With 20 years counseling experience my desire is to provide my clients a safe environment to explore the primary problems and the issues that lie beneath. I believe in treating the whole person (mental, emotional, spiritual and relationships.)

There are times in our lives when we may feel overwhelmed, powerless, or hopeless. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma related to your partner or other relational issues, I believe I can help. My approach to treatment is from a place of empathy and unconditional positive regard for my clients in order to create a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance. Together we can build a stronger, healthier, more resilient you.

Change is constant and often uncertain and uncomfortable. I believe it takes a great amount of bravery and vulnerability to create and embrace change in our lives. Because of my own personal life experiences, I have a strong passion for this helping profession. It brings me great joy seeing others live up to their truest potential. I believe we all deserve to feel seen and heard as we navigate difficult phases in life. My goal is to create a safe space where together we can explore and maneuver through life’s challenges.

I have over 16 years of counseling experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. These include, private practice, critical response teams, at-risk adolescent group homes, residential treatment centers, state prison, and behavioral schools. Specialties include: trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, job related difficulties/career related issues, life transitions and employee assistance.

Sharing our stories can be hard. I know that it takes a lot of strength and vulnerability to open up with a therapist. The decision to seek therapy is usually at a difficult time in one’s life. When you are having trouble seeing the light, i’ll sit with you in the dark. You do not need to go through this alone. Your story is a privilege to hear and I will listen with empathy and sincerity, and without judgement or bias. I acknowledge that you are the expert of your own life. I will support and empower you on this journey. You have what it takes to become the best version of yourself.

Life can definitely be difficult just in general. if you add past traumas, addictions, anxiety and/or depression to the mix….it just makes it all that much more difficult. I have a great passion for helping people in empowering their lives so that life becomes easier, happier, and brighter.

Through a comprehensive approach, I work with families, couples, and individuals to create safety and security in their relationships. Having the privilege to come alongside this population has increased my passion for working with both adults and children in regard to abuse, shame, and freedom from their respective pasts.

Recovering from past abuse, trauma, neglect or anything less than an ideal situation can be challenging, lonely and painful. I offer a path to work through these issues with insight and understanding. I also enjoy working with those interested in personal goal setting to improve and build on what they already have.

I am passionate about helping kids, teens, and adults thrive. Life is full of ups and downs, and having a safe place to talk (or play!) through the challenges you are facing is a game changer. I strive to create a space where my clients feel seen and supported and where they can begin to find the beauty and strength within themselves and their stories even amidst pain and struggle.

I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to be his/her best self, and that those we love deserve it too. I strive to appreciate the unique strengths and challenges of each child, individual, couple, and family that I meet. I believe that collaboration fosters resilience and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship. My clients are provided a trusting environment based on compassion and acceptance where they are safe to explore solutions to their most intimate challenges and receive support and wisdom to improve their most important relationships.

I know what it's like to suffer relational trauma and feel hopeless. I spent my childhood studying to be a doctor and once landing my spot in medical school, my efforts shifted. My long-term romantic relationship suffered. This ended in a traumatic car accident, which almost broke me. I trudged through the aftermath of medical recovery, betrayal and infidelity until God fully entered my life. A therapist then helped guide me into forgiving myself and living my life fully. Once the woman of my dreams entered and a secure attachment was built, and I knew how to keep this new reality thriving. We are all built to live in connection

This proactive approach encourages the development of psychological health. People are in good psychological health when they make good decisions, manage stress well, communicate effectively, have healthy relationships, and take good care of themselves emotionally and physically. Let me work with you to establish and maintain your optimal psychological health. We can do that through the use of therapy and/or psychological testing, as I specialize in both forms of treatment.

My name is Regina Raybourn and I am a Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC). I specialize in addiction counseling for the individual and/or loved ones. I strive to provide a safe place of understanding and working through the daily challenges of addiction/ chemical dependency. I am also dedicated to meet all clients where they are at in their journey of healing with my therapeutic approach.

My name is Ty, and I am an intern working under the supervision of Courtney Tiller, LCSW and Cassidi Beckstein, LPC. My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor. I earned a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I counsel individuals and couples. My special focus is pornography and sexual addiction. I use a scientific approach. I am also a therapist living my Catholic faith. I am prepared to speak to your Christian faith if you desire faith-based therapy. I'm also a U.S. Air Force retiree.
