That loss could be of a person, companion animal, or other loved one... or, any number of other non-physical death losses. Loss of dreams, dreams and those plans we have are included! Clients experiencing anxiety, depression and life changes benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). All services are provided in a manner which is gender inclusive. Successful therapy is achieved by developing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and using a collaborative approach to health and well-being.

Chantal Ambersley is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). She has been working in the behavioral health field since 2010. She has a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults. Chantal specializes in crisis and trauma with extensive knowledge and expertise working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body images struggles, and substance abuse.
