I work with individuals, 8 years old and up are feeling a sense of stuckness but are not sure where it lives. We will take what you already know about yourself, even if it’s just a bit, and dive into where you seek to go. The clients I work with are eager to make shifts in their life, crave feedback and support, while knowing that change can be a slow process. The goal for each person I work with is that you begin to understand the places in your life where you can live more fully.
