In addition to counseling, I also offer psychological and educational evaluations. Testing covers a range of ADHD, learning disability, psychological, educational, neurocognitive, and functional capacity evaluations.

You might possibly feel your emotions are on such a deep, intense level that no one else seems to relate or understand.

Do you feel like your life is a dumpster fire and you have no idea how to navigate it? Or maybe a dog drinking coffee in a burning room saying "this is fine?" You were raised to live up to a certain set of ideals regarding what is “good” or “right” for you to say or do, and when you should accomplish certain life goals. Unfortunately, you internalized a lot of that whether you agreed with it or not, and who you really are might have gotten lost along the way. Sometimes finding yourself is not about discovery, but about unraveling all of the bullshit that makes you feel like you aren’t enough.

I offer telehealth and in person sessions. I am in private practice and I do not answer my phone while I am in session with clients, so emailing me is the best way to contact me. I help clients achieve their goals. My therapies include Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with clients who have had trauma in their past and struggle with depression and anxiety. I help clients overcome what has kept them stuck in trauma. I also assist clients from the LGBTQ community. My client always comes first. I accept most insurances and accept self-pay.

Hello! I have lived and worked in the Pullman area for some time. I enjoy the Palouse area, getting outside to hike or mushroom hunt whenever I can. My passion is working with people who experience depression, anxiety and specifically survivors of trauma. I believe in looking holistically at someone's life and incorporating strengths, gifts, culture and other practices the client finds helpful in their lives. Most symptoms don't happen in a bubble.
