I have been a clinical social worker for over 25 years. I have a broad base of knowledge and am comfortable with dealing with all types of issues. I have worked in foster care and adoptions, worked with elderly and hospice work. currently working with children with behavioral and emotional issues from Autism to Oppositional defiance. I am solution focused and realize people want to stop feeling or experiencing the issues that bring them to seek help. My clients like that I am blunt and confrontational in therapy, avoiding trite therapy terms and tailoring sessions to clients' specific needs. I use many different techniques and theories in my practice, though I tend to stay myself in session to remain real and honest.
