I provide Psychotherapy to treat depression and anxiety through coping skills, life coaching, and addressing relationship concerns. I also provide trauma treatment through EMDR. EMDR is a powerful intervention and I have seen first hand how it changes people's lives. My hope is help people become free from the burdens of the past and become their true selves.
