Currently, I am full and not able to accept any new clients till May 2021. My mission and passion is to educate, promote, and inspire physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health to individuals struggling with any of the following issues: eating disorders/disordered eating, physical activity, trauma/PTSD/anxiety, alcohol/drug abuse, and valued-living. Ongoing problems such as conflicts, disconnection and overwhelming feelings often lead to depression, betrayal, loss of sexual desire, poor physical health, and inability to resolve past traumas. When problems with our partner get to levels such as these intimacy and trust fade to arguments, loneliness and fear.
