Do you feel like no one would stick around if they knew the real you? Does it feel impossible to let go of the past? My passion is working with teens & clients throughout their lifespan who are in the process of self-discovery and healing. If you are questioning your identity, what you are meant to bring to this world and how to move on from your past - I would love to help you find answers to those questions. I work with each individual to develop a course of therapy that suits their unique needs—there is no "one size fits all" therapy. I also care deeply about developing strong helping professionals through clinical supervision.

Do you want to learn how to express your feelings more effectively to your partner to strengthen your relationship? Are you a man who sees the value of getting in touch with your emotions but doesn't know where to start? Do the coping mechanisms you use right now to deal with stress feel ineffective? I help men get in touch with and understand their emotions on a deeper level. In my experience as a men's therapist, I have found that when men take the time to learn how to connect to their feelings it helps them show up as their best selves in the roles they play in life. This includes being a better partner, father, and employee

It can be scary to admit that something in your life isn't working. Maybe you have found that the feelings of insecurity, hopelessness, or dread just won't go away, no matter how much time and effort you put in. I understand the embarrassment that can come with talking about our perceived pitfalls. Every person experiences their own hardships, and we all need the proper time and space to work through them.

I strongly believe that YOU are the expert on yourself. That being said, at times it is helpful to have a trained professional to support you in exploring places you may feel stuck in life, unhelpful patterns, and strategies for growing and moving forward.

My ideal client wants freedom from something. And maybe they know that freedom comes with hard truths and possibly having to feel more, but they are willing to look in and take a peak with a little help from me and as slow or fast as you want to go. I had always had the wrong notion that bravery meant never being scared. And I wish someone had told me a long time ago, that the bravest of humans are holding all the hard feelings too: fear, nervousness, anxiousness, sleeplessness, insecurity, etc. But boy are they absolutely beautiful. Let us discover the unknown together.

There just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get it all done. That running to-do list combined with decision-fatigue have you irritable and impatient with the people around you. If you feel like putting yourself first to process grief or disappointments or choices seems like a luxury, I get that. The exhaustion that can come from feeling stuck, facing challenges, and constant critical self-talk can derail our best efforts to create the life we always thought possible.

Hello and welcome! Healing is a journey and we all need someone to witness that journey, to walk alongside us as we face the things in our lives that have been deeply painful. We all need someone to care deeply, affirm and validate our experiences, and help us discover what is holding us back from experiencing the change and life we long for. Therapy can be that space for you, to come as you are and experience acceptance, love, hope, and truly being heard. It can be a place where you can grow in awareness and understanding of where you have been, as well as all that you were created to be.
