I love working with individuals who are eager to find a deeper connection to self and others. Many people who decide to start therapy feel ambivalent about the process, and may feel uncertain about change in general. That is okay. They may not be ready for change and may be coming to therapy in order to first find that motivation for change. My background is in early childhood development and working with children with special needs and their families. Alongside my work with children with special needs I studied and gained great understanding and experience in working with those struggling or in recovery for an eating disorder, disordered eating, or body image concerns.
