I have same-week openings for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday appointments! Therapy works best when you feel a genuine connection with your therapist. I use EMDR & Narrative therapy along with techniques from CBT & DBT to help you build off existing strengths and work through traumatic experiences. I fully believe there is room for humor in healing and work to make the process of starting therapy and addressing trauma as comfortable as possible.
