I have been a therapist for twenty years. Before, I was an elementary school teacher for twenty-three years. My students were my best teachers. From them I learned the importance of being a good listener, showing compassion and taking the time to let them know their feelings and needs are important.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by ADHD, anxiety based disorders, and/or are experiencing relationship challenges. I also welcome those who identify as neurodiverse, but may not have a specific diagnosis. We work together to improve executive functioning, improve relationship quality, learn how to live with uncertainty, and live by our values. Over half of the clients I work with either identify as neurodiverse (most often diagnosed with ADHD), or has someone within their partnership or family that identifies this way. I specialize in helping adult clients understand how past trauma continues to affect their functioning. With children and adolescents, I work with both clients and parents to help change behavior and cope with emotions such as anxiety and sadness.
